1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing tondelmats.com and placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Products and Orders
All desk mats are print-on-demand products fulfilled by Printify. Product images are representative mockups; slight variations in color may occur due to monitor settings or print processes. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion.
3. Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. Standard shipping is $7.99 per order with an estimated delivery of 7–14 business days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs.
4. Returns and Refunds
Because all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
5. Intellectual Property
All product designs and site content are the property of Tondel Mats. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tondel Mats shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
